We focus on supporting London’s residents, businesses and their communities. Our Customer Support team is based in our Head Office on Grays Inn Road, London.

We provide free 1,000 Mbps broadband to over 400 Community Centres, giving high-speed internet access for training, work, education and community projects.

We train members of the community to become qualified Digital Ambassadors to help residents with all aspects of being online, including digital skills training, to help them become more digitally empowered.
